Dating from the Henry Tudor Seventh, Lowe Farm has character in abundance. To run your hand over its ancient, rough-hewn timbers is to connect with the generations that have trodden its stairs and gazed from its windows at a landscape barely touched by time.
Our guest rooms are nevertheless provided with every modern comfort and convenience. All rooms are en suite, with comfortable beds and ample, well-planned storage. Each has its own TV and silent mini-fridge, restocked daily with farm-fresh milk and chilled water.
Deep carpets and a powerful shower will help to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable. But the Lowe Farm welcome is all about attention to detail. About providing little extras, like a hospitality tray, generously stocked with fine teas and rich coffees. And a selection of toiletries, all ready and waiting, along with cosy bathrobes. The practicalities are taken care of too: a hair dryer, extra pillows and blankets, a torch, a radio alarm, a fan, a shoe buffer, writing materials, complimentary postcards and a bedroom information folder are all at hand.
We now have a policy of using 100% natural paints whenever we decorate at Lowe Farm. That means less pressure on the environment, and we believe it is better you're your health and ours. We also use eco-friendly Enjo cleaning products. For details, see our Environmental Statement.
Being a traditional building, Lowe Farm has no ground-floor bedrooms and no lifts. Access to the first-floor rooms is by the stairs. See our Access Statement for details.
